Rainy Lake Medical Center surgical department achieves perfect patient satisfaction score
Rainy Lake Medical Center, or RLMC, officials announced this week that its surgical department achieved a 100 percent patient satisfaction score on Press Ganey surveys for the month of April, a remarkable accomplishment in healthcare.
Every patient who completed a survey following care in the surgical department awarded the highest possible rating across all categories, including communication, compassion, professionalism and overall experience. The results reflect feedback not only for the surgeons themselves, but for the entire surgical team who support patients before, during, and after their procedures.
“Achieving a perfect score like this is no small feat, and it speaks volumes about the commitment our surgical team has to every single patient,” said RLMC CEO Robb Pastor. “From the moment a patient walks through our doors, our goal is to provide not only exceptional clinical care, but an experience where they feel informed, supported and genuinely cared for.
