Rainy Lake Medical Center has been nationally recognized by the National Recall Alert Center, or NRAC, as one of the top-performing facilities in the United States for proactive patient safety recall alerting.

This achievement would not be possible without the leadership of Jennifer Horne, RLMC’s director of supply chain management, and the dedicated efforts of RLMC staff, whose commitment to patient safety and recall compliance continues to set a high standard in healthcare. These efforts have ensured that recalled products are quickly identified and removed from all areas of patient care, including nursing floors, laboratories and patient rooms.
