Katie Little is a Physical Therapist who works with a wide range of patients, focusing on orthopedic and neurological needs. Katie has her LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) certification, which is an effective physical therapy treatment for people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. Katie also does wheelchair assessments for patients. Katie completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Minnesota State University – Moorhead and went on to complete her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of North Dakota. She has been part of Rainy Lake Medical Center’s Therapy and Wellness Team since 2024.

Sydney received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 2016. Sydney has been providing care at RLMC at since 2020.

Jennifer Baker
Jennifer Baker is a Physical Therapist. She primarily treats pediatric patients in outpatient and school settings, but also sees a wide variety of adult patients. Jennifer is a certified upper extremity lymphedema therapist and has a special interest in women’s health services. Jennifer received her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 1997. Jennifer has been a P.T. at RLMC since 2003.

Brian Tolley provides care to a wide range of patients, but primarily treats adult orthopedics, acute care and wound care. Brian has a special interest in chronic pain and has completed numerous continuing education courses on pain science. Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 1997, and has been providing care at Rainy Lake Medical Center since 1999.

Hannah Junker is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She treats patients of all ages who have speech and language difficulties, swallowing difficulties, and cognitive impairments. Hannah also provides services to Koochiching Health Services — Littlefork, Good Samaritan Society, and Lakewood Health — Baudette.

Heather Juen is a Physical Therapist who provides services to patients at Rainy Lake Medical Center, as well as Littlefork Medical Center and the Littlefork Big Falls School District. Heather earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. She has twelve years of experience in the physical therapy field, and began working with our team in 2016.

Maria Clark is a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Arizona State University and her Master’s degree in Communication Science Disorders from Baylor University. She has experience working with patients of all ages and in a variety of settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, schools, and out-patient rehabilitation. She treats patients who have speech and language difficulties, swallowing difficulties, and cognitive impairments. Maria also provides services to Koochiching Health Services – Littlefork and Good Samaritan Society. She joined the Rainy Lake Medical Center team in 2022.

Wyatt LaVigne
Wyatt LaVigne is a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, as well as the Director of the Therapy and Wellness Center. He works with a wide range of patients, but primarily with people with orthopedic or sports-related injuries and athletes post-concussion. Wyatt also provides athletic training services to Falls High School and Rainy River Community College. Wyatt completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at St. Cloud State University and went on to complete his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Minnesota in 2012.
