Summary:

The RN Clinic Nurse under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Supervisor, the Director of Clinic Operations and/or Population Health Nurse, will work with advanced clinical knowledge and use consistent and independent discretion, critical thinking and judgement to provide: patient education, recommendations based on current research, perform patient assessments as applicable, apply or use established protocols as needed, assess and assist with the management of chronic care  patients, patients with wounds or other identified needs and communicate effectively with their PCP/Specialists.
